Promotion name: uSMART Grid Trading – Share and win from a Prize Pool of SGD 3200!

Promotion period：From 29 May 2023 00:00:00 to 31 Aug 2023 23:59:59 (GMT +8)

Details:

This promotion is open to all uSMART users.

During the promotion period,

Step 1) share an image of a successfully Triggered GridTrading order on social media account^

Step 2) hashtag uSMARTGridTrading

Step 3) After 48 hours, contact your client service manager or email support@usmart.sg to redeem a SGD 8 Cash Voucher with:

i) screenshot of the sharing (successful Triggered GridTrading order with hashtag) OR
ii) the URL link of the sharing

Step 4) After verification, the cash voucher will be issued to your uSMART account within 5 working days.

 

^Social media account refers to:

1. Facebook, Twitter or Instagram account with more than 100 followers/friends
2. any other Social Media Investment Related Discussion Groups with more than 100 members, e.g. WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord etc.

 

Notes

1) If your uSMART account displays signs of abuse, fraud or suspicious activity (examples of and not limited to; making trades that make no economical sense or benefits, closing account immediately after claiming rewards), uSMART SG may, in its sole discretion, freeze or suspend your uSMART account, forfeit your rewards in your uSMART account and/or limit your participation in future promotions.

2) Each uSMART account can only claim the SGD 8 Cash Voucher once. SGD 8 Cash Voucher can be redeemed by the first 400 clients who successfully fulfill the promotion conditions. Cash voucher and reward voucher are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for other items. Should the shares be unavailable for any reason whatsoever uSMART, in its decision, reserves the right to substitute the share with an alternative reward.

3）uSMART reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the above offers, terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to customers, and everything is subject to the interpretation of uSMART.

4）In case of any dispute, uSMART Securities reserves the right to make the final decision on the activity and is binding on the activity participants.

5）In case of any suspected fraud, violation of any regulations or inappropriate behavior and termination of the account by the Company, the Company reserves the right to take any necessary legal action to recover any prizes given to the customer and any legal liability or loss arising from the said customer's behavior.

6) By taking part in this promotion, you acknowledge that you have read and consented to these Terms and Conditions.
